I had an excellent experience with Matthew's Plumbing Solutions. They were very communicative and responded to my request for a quote for a new water heater quickly and were reasonably priced. My technician Nick was a pleasure to work with, answered all my questions and did a great job on the installation.

Our 14 year old house needed a water heater plus shower and faucet replacement and repairs. I called Matthews Plumbing Solutions on a neighbor’s advice. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. James came out by appointment. He called to give me a timeframe and showed up on time. He is very neat. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We are very pleased with the quality of service and products Matthew’s provides.

I called Matthew's Plumbing to fix an issue with our toilet and our shower. They were able to set up an appointment the next day. We had the pleasure of having James as our technician. The pricing was discussed at the top of the appointment, after he did a walkthrough of the issues which was appreciated.

The technicians were on time, very polite and pleasant, and fixed our issue in about 30 seconds. We were only charged the dispatch fee since it was such a minor thing. They also showed me what to do if it happens again so I can fix it myself. Also, when I called to request service the phone rang about 3 times and a real person answered who was very professional and helpful. Overall, this is clearly a very well run company. I will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.

I called Matthews plumbing solutions after waking up to find water dripping through my kitchen ceiling. They were able to have someone out later that day fix the leak and replace my main water shut off valve at a very reasonable price. Tay and Scott were very friendly and knowledgeable and stayed past normal business hours on a Friday to make sure I was up and running again before the weekend. I was very pleased that they were able to put my mind back at ease by fixing my leak in such a short amount of time. This is definitely my go to plumbing company after this experience.

After a termite company accidentally drilled a hole through an under slab gas line in our rental townhouse, I was scrambling to find a plumber to make the repair. Most companies that popped up on a Google search were large companies, that answered my call from a call center somewhere. A few other companies I called didn't seem interested in the job. I called Matthew's and an actual employee answered the phone and immediately handed me off to someone that scheduled an estimator to meet me on site. I met the estimator two hours later, he assessed the job and scheduled the work for the next day. Norman and Scott arrived promptly, prepared for the job at hand. Throughout, they were courteous, professional and focused on the job. The gas line was repaired and tested in a timely manner, and job site cleaned to its original condition. I've been in commercial construction for 30 years and based on my experience, can highly recommend this company to handle your plumbing needs.

They were able to give me a ballpark quote over the phone and arranged for someone to come and take care of my plumbing issue between one and three that afternoon. Matt arrived on time, I showed him what needed to be done and because I had another repairman working on something else I had to leave Matt. he finished the job in no time at all and answered several questions that I had about other issues issues.
